Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

By using BookMyDr.online you agree to these terms.

1. What BookMyDr is

BookMyDr helps you find doctors and send appointment requests. The consultation, diagnosis and treatment are the responsibility of the registered doctor you visit, not BookMyDr.

2. Not for emergencies

Do not use BookMyDr in an emergency. Call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

3. Bookings

A booking is a request until the clinic confirms it. The clinic may confirm, change or decline it.
Fees shown are for information. You pay the clinic directly at the visit.
Please cancel in time if you cannot go. Repeated missed appointments may stop you from booking.

4. Listing information

Some details come from public sources and may be out of date. Each page shows whether it is verified and when it was last checked. Please confirm important details with the clinic.

5. Your account

Use your own mobile number and give correct details. Do not make fake or abusive bookings.

6. Doctors and clinics

Doctors and clinics are responsible for the information they give us and for the appointments they accept.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
