How we verify doctors

Every doctor's page shows one of two labels. We only use "Verified" after the checks below are actually done.

Not yet verified

The details come from public directories or from what a clinic told us. The page shows the month we last checked them. Timings and fees may have changed, so please confirm with the clinic before you go.

Verified

We mark a doctor as verified only after we have:

• checked their medical registration number against the official medical council register;
• confirmed their identity with the doctor;
• confirmed the clinic name, address and timings with the clinic.

Verification is about the listing details. It is not a rating of medical quality.

Corrections

If anything on a page is wrong, tap Report wrong info on that page. We check the report with the clinic before changing anything, and we remove a listing if the doctor asks us to.
